Everyday Minerals | Everyday Naturals {Review & Giveaway}

I recently discovered Everyday Minerals, a beauty company that creates products that are 100% vegan, organic, and eco-friendly. I was instantly drawn to their attractive website, wide collection of colors and shades, and affordable prices. I was worried about spending a fortune on organic beauty products, so I was a relieved to see that I could have high-quality products that wouldn’t hurt the budget.

My Experience

I was sent several products to try from the Everyday Minerals makeup line. I was sent cheek color (blush), and two different types of eye shadow — a regular-sized container and a travel-sized roll-on tube.

Blush (Ambrosia): I am not sure if the color is the best for me, but I like how little I have to use and how easy it is to apply. It feels weightless and looks natural. I also really like the closable sifter. It eliminates the chance of a mess occurring when the container gets moved around in my drawer (or shook by my twins girls!).

Eye Shadow (Jane Eyre): Just like the blush, I really like how little I have to use. It’s going to last me forever! It’s easy to apply with my eye shadow brush and it looks natural. I wish this color had a little more shimmer to it. It is great for a base or highlight color though.

Roll-on Eye Shadow (In the Garden): I was really excited to try this out, because it looked like it would be easy to use. It came out too inconsistent if I applied the roller directly to my eye lids and was hard to correct once it was on. I found that it was easier to roll the eye shadow onto my finger or eye shadow brush and then apply directly to my lids. I also found that the color was too dark for an all-over base color, but is fine as a crease color.

I am so happy to have found Everyday Minerals, and look forward to trying more of their products. I especially want to try their Base (basically the same thing as mineral foundation), and more eye shadow colors. I would highly recommend that you try out their products too! With eye shadow as little as $5 a piece, you can’t go wrong!
