My favorite tip is “When mail is a nightmare” we are always losing bills which means late charges and we wait till we have a bucket to start throwing out and sorting. I’m going to implement the tip you suggested as soon as mail comes sort through it and organize it. I also need to get everyone who gets the mail involved so that it can really work. Thank you!!! My favorite is the getting kids involved – Before bed, have your kids pick up their toys, and toss into designated storage bins.

Definitely the tip “When Mail Is A Nightmare”. I have had on too many occasions had piles of mail because of the thought “I’ll get to it later”.

Sheets: Keep only two sets of sheets, for each bed in your home.
Organizing the clothing closet is a great tip.
So simple, but boy does it make a difference: Make your bed EVERY DAY!

Cleaning out the linen closet!! Keeping only 2 sets of sheets for each bed definitely reduces the clutter in the linen closet.

I like the ‘throw away 1/2 of your makeup’ tip. I’m terrible at throwing that kind of stuff out especially if it wasn’t used much. My tip: A few years ago I found a very nice GoodWill and started donating items we just don’t use anymore. It’s a great feeling knowing you are organizing at home while supporting a worthwhile cause!

Cleaning out the Linen Closet – I did this a few years back and it really did make things easier!!
Organizaing the clothes closet – I have mine grouped by color and it makes it so much easier to find a specific item when you can zero in on the color!
