Say Yes to Less with Little Remedies

I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting (#MC) for Little Remedies. I received a product sample to facilitate my review and a promotional item as a thank you for participating.

Ever since my twin girls were born I have made a conscious effort to only buy products with natural ingredients. Of course that’s not always feasible, but I do my best to find products that have no added sugar, artificial dyes, or preservatives. You know the saying, “Less is More?” That’s the mantra we try to live by in all aspects of our family life.

When my kids get sick, I try natural remedies first. If they have the cold or flu, we try to alleviate the symptoms with hot tea and honey, a steamy shower, Vitamin C supplements, and extra fluids. Sometimes more is needed and that’s when I will turn to over-the-counter medicines.

Little Remedies #SayYes2Less

Over the years, I’ve trusted the Little Remedies brand to help with minor colds, aches and pains. Little Remedies believes that a medicine shouldn’t contain more than what is needed to make your child feel better. That means no artificial colors, no artificial flavors, and no alcohol. As a parent who simply wants an effective medicine with no added junk, this is something I can appreciate.

Little Remedies #SayYes2Less

This holiday season Little Remedies is asking you to pledge to “Say Yes to Less.” That could be any number of things — less sugar, less distractions, less waste, less negativity, etc.

As a stay-at-home mom, I have the privilege of being with my kids all the time. But that doesn’t mean that I am a perfect mom. I often find myself distracted by way too many things — social media, stress of everyday life, cooking, cleaning, working out — that I sometimes I feel like I am too preoccupied to enjoy my kids. That’s why I am joining Little Remedies and pledging to “Less Distractions.” I want to fully enjoy every minute of the holiday season with my kids, so I think this will help!

I would love for you to join me! Pledge to “Say Yes to Less” today! For every pledge, Little Remedies will donate $1 to the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

What will you pledge to say less to this holiday season?
