This Apple Cinnamon Cheddar Cheese Dip is a fun and unique twist on your classic cheddar cheese dip. Simple to make and full of flavor, it’s perfect for holiday parties or get-togethers. Serve with your favorite crackers, pretzels, or apple slices and watch it disappear!
The holidays are right around the corner, which means it’s time to start planning your holiday meals! I like to keep mine simple by making tried-and-true recipes that are easy to prepare. I tend to make the same dishes and appetizers every year, but this year I want to switch things up a bit. I’ve been inspired to get creative in the kitchen and put a fun twist on some holiday classics, starting with cheese dip!
A party isn’t a party without cheese! I’m a big fan of putting cheese on just about everything. I may or may not be guilty of eating it with just about every meal. It must be the Wisconsin blood in me. My parents, siblings, and just about all of my extended family is from Wisconsin, and while I wasn’t born there, my love for cheese would make you believe otherwise.
Anyway, cheese is always a part of our holiday meals in one way or another — cut up in cubes on an appetizer tray, in my cheesy hashbrown casserole that we have every Christmas, or in a cheddar cheese dip served with crackers.
Cheddar cheese dip is easy to make and it’s always a crowd favorite. You can whip it up in less than 10 minutes, serve with crackers and/or cut up vegetables and everyone loves it. This year I’m kicking my cheese dip up a notch and making Apple Cinnamon Cheddar Cheese Dip. It’s unique and puts a fun twist on classic cheese dip.
The secret to this recipe being so yummy is in the cheese. I used Great Midwest® Cheese Apple Cinnamon Cheddar, which is what gives the dip it’s unique apple cinnamon flavor. It may sound weird, but you have to try it! It’s both sweet and savory, but not super sweet like you would think. It has just enough apple cinnamon flavor to make it stand out. It’s a must-try!
Serve this dip at your next party or get-together and wow your holiday guests. It tastes great with crackers, pretzels, or my favorite, apple slices! The sweet and savory flavor combination will keep you coming back for more!
