Strawberry Star Fruit Smoothie Bowl

Most mornings I make eggs and oatmeal for breakfast. The combo is easy to whip up and provides a healthy balance of carbs, protein, and fat.

I also really love fruit, so every few days I like to switch it up and have a delicious smoothie instead.
