I agree, their website is confusing. However, they did announce this on their facebook page and specifically stated that the sale was for outlet stores. It also says "outlet" in the picture. I am guessing that they are announcing it only on facebook to their fans, and not on their website.

Don't think this applies to outlet stores. Fine print at striderite.com states "Not valid at stride rite outlet stores or striderite.com."
