While the glasses are FREE, you will still have to pay shipping and handling which cost me about $20 (including insurance). It varies based on the retail value of your glasses. My total before the discount was $180 for a pair of DKNY frames and lenses, but I only paid $30 in the end. That included shipping and a few upgrades to my lenses. Last time I had to call my eye doctor’s office to get mine faxed to me, and I was so afraid I was going to miss out. Keep in mind that if it says “coupons not applicable” next to the glasses, you will not be able to order them with the code.
