Our Experience

My husband and I are both loving the Journey Gym. It’s easy to set up, easy to use, and easy to store. It’s versatile in that both of us can use it and get a great workout, since the bands offer different degrees of resistance. My husband likes to create his own routines, while I prefer to use the workout DVD that comes with the gym. I also have the ChaLEAN Extreme workout DVDs from BeachBody and the Journey Gym is perfect for them, since ChaLEAN Extreme requires weights or resistance bands to complete the exercises. In the past I was using single resistance bands, and it was such a pain to have to switch them out between exercises. With the Journey Gym, I have all of my bands in one place, plus I have the stair stepper for added cardio.

If you think resistance bands won’t give you a good workout, then think again. My muscles have never felt more engaged and sore! I can already see more muscle definition in my arms after just a few weeks of use.
