My Experience

Now that I am getting older (and wiser), I am much more concerned about taking care of my body. Along with eating healthy and working out, I make sure that I take my vitamins and supplements. I’ve been taking Provella for a few weeks now and I feel great! Last week my whole family came down with a cold, but for once I didn’t! I can’t say for sure that the Provella prevented me from getting sick, but I think it definitely played a role in keeping me healthy. The only side effect I have noticed is bloating.
