When we moved into our newly built home four years ago, the yard needed a lot of work. The front lawn was almost dead and it was full of weeds from the builder not taking care of. We had to aerate and fertilize it multiple times to bring it back to life. The backyard was just dirt so we had to landscape and lay sod before we could even use it.
