Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Face Care Line Review

Taking good care of my skin is very important to me. I wasn’t so great about it when I was teenager but now that I am older I have made it a priority to wear sunscreen when I am outdoors, and I only use high-quality skin care products that are free from chemicals.

For the past five weeks I have had the opportunity to try out the Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration Face Care line. Burt’s Bees has always been one of my favorite brands, so I was excited to give the products a try.

I was sent three different products from the Intense Hydration line — Cream Cleanser with Clary Sage, Treatment Mask with Clary Sage, and Night Cream with Clary Sage. My favorite product out of the three is the Treatment Mask. I have been using it once a week after cleansing my skin with the Cream Cleanser. I love that it goes on easily, only takes 10 minutes, and doesn’t have to be rinsed off. Initially, I thought it was weird that I didn’t have to rinse the product off, but it makes sense since its main purpose is to hydrate your skin. I also really like that I can feel the product working — it makes my skin feel warm and leaves it looking vibrant.

The Cream Cleanser does a great job of removing dirt and makeup. I like that is creamy, even though it doesn’t lather up. It feels like you are putting lotion on your face, which seems weird but it doesn’t leave your face feeling dry and that is important to me.

I have only used the Night Cream a few times, because I am honestly too lazy to wash my face at night. I do like it though. It is thick and definitely very moisturizing. I can tell just in the few times I have used it that it is hydrating my skin. I had a couple of dry spots on my cheeks that are almost totally gone now!

Overall, I am very impressed with the Burt’s Bees Intense Hydration line. It smells great, works well, and most importantly, it is composed of natural ingredients. The products are affordable and I love that I can buy them at Target. I will definitely be buying more in the future!
