It may not officially be winter yet, but it sure feels like it here in Colorado! It’s been freezing cold and windy all week, so I’ve been staying inside as much as possible. We haven’t gotten any snow yet, which is surprising, considering how cold it is. When the weather gets like this, it makes me extra thankful that I have a home to keep me warm!
Our furnace has been running a lot these last couple of weeks, so I’m glad we had an HVAC Checkup with Sears Home Services earlier this fall to make sure that everything was in good working order.
With winter quickly approaching and colder weather underway, it’s important to make sure that your HVAC system can keep up. It would be awful to wake up in the middle of the night to a freezing cold house! Instead of learning the hard way, make sure you have your HVAC system tested to make sure that it’s running smoothly.
The experts at Sears Home Services can check your heating and cooling system and replace or repair it if necessary. Whether you’re replacing the HVAC unit you have or upgrading your home with a new feature, Sears can help with boilers, furnaces and more.

This is all really good information - so much of this I didn't know. I also didn't know that Sears does this kind of maintenance - wow!

We should probably get ours checked just to be safe and ready for the cold temps this winter.
