My twin girls have loved baby dolls ever since they were old enough to play with toys. Now that they are four, they really enjoy role-playing and pretending that they are mommies to their little babies. With Christmas right around the corner, I have been looking for a new doll to get each of the girls, so I was pretty excited to have the opportunity to review the Nenuco Sleep With Me Baby Doll & Cradle made by the famous toy-maker, Famosa.

Established in 1957 by a group of artisan doll makers, Famosa has become a leading European toy company and doll manufacturer based in Spain. The company has a stellar reputation as a developer of innovative, safe and high quality products that foster all around development for young children.

The newest edition to Famosa’s Nenuco baby line is the Nenuco Sleep With Me Baby Doll & Cradle. The set comes with a 16.5″ doll and cradle that includes a star nightlight with music, blanket, bottle and pacifier. Setting up the cradle is super easy. No tools are required, so it only takes a few minutes.

The unique thing is the cradle can standalone or attach to the side of your child’s bed, just like a co-sleeper does. My girls love nurturing and caring for their baby dolls, so I know they are going to be excited to attach the cradle to their beds and have their babies close to them when they sleep.

My favorite part about this set is the sweet little baby doll. It is soft and looks realistic. The eyes open and close and the eyelashes are life-like. It even smells like a real baby! As a child, I had a Nenuco baby doll and I distinctively remember how good it smelled. This doll is the same way. It smells fresh and clean, just like a baby out of the bath.

The Nenuco Sleep With Me Baby Doll & Cradle set is a wonderful gift idea for that child in your life who loves playing with dolls. I know my girls are going to enjoy playing with it for a long time!
