My family loves seafood. I make fish or shrimp at least once a week and have been ever since my kids were little. I introduced them to it early, so it’s no surprise that they love it now that they are older. I like to make sure that our freezer is always filled with our favorites — tilapia, salmon, cod and shrimp — so I head to Sam’s Club around 2-3 times per month to stock up. I love that Sam’s Club has a wide variety of high-quality seafood to choose from at affordable prices. I also like that the bulk-size products have enough seafood to feed my family of five at least two meals.
At my latest trip to Sam’s Club I noticed a new product in the seafood aisle — Gorton’s Pretzel Crusted Tilapia Fillets. OMG. Yum. They had me at pretzel! These white and flaky premium Tilapia fillets feature crushed pretzels and a touch of onion and honey for a crunchy, super taste your family will go nuts for. We love trying new fish recipes, so I just had to pick up a box to add to our seafood rotation. I also made sure to grab some other items to complete our meal, such as KRAFT Mayo, Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning and French beans.
The Pretzel Crusted Tilapia Fillets are a cinch to make (which is awesome for busy moms & dads like me, who don’t have time to be slaving in the kitchen). I simply placed five fillets on a baking sheet and popped them in the oven for 23 minutes.
While they were cooking, I whipped up some creamy dipping sauce to go with them. The sauce only requires two ingredients — KRAFT Mayo and Mrs. Dash® Original Seasoning. You simply mix the two together and in seconds you have a zesty dipping sauce that pairs perfectly with the pretzel crusted tilapia. The fish is good by itself, but the dipping sauce takes it to the next level.
I love that this meal is so easy to prepare and I also really like that it’s something the whole family can enjoy. There’s hardly any prep time and it’s done in less than 30 minutes — you can’t beat that! It’s perfect for busy school nights or days when you just don’t have time to cook. I will definitely be making it again and again!

YUM! I have a family of 5 to feed as well, so we are often buying in bulk from Sam's Club. We really try to have fish a few times a month, and we often marinade it but that takes time. I love how easy this recipe is! Thanks for sharing! #client
