A Smooth Face is a Handsome Face with the Gillette FlexBall Razor

Do you like your man to have a smooth face or do you prefer for him to have some facial hair? I have friends who go gaga over scruffy faces but that just isn’t my thing. I love for my husband to be clean-shaven all the time. There’s just something about him having a smooth face that makes me swoon. Maybe it’s because we started dating in high school before he had much facial hair. I just love how soft and smooth his face feels after shaving. If there’s stubble it’s prickly, and then it’s no fun to kiss him. It hurts and leaves my lips feeling irritated. Plus, I like to be able to feel his lips when we kiss and facial hair just gets in the way of that!

While I like my man to have a smooth face year-round, I know some men like to grow out their facial hair in the colder months and then trim it up in the warmer months. The summer heat definitely calls for smooth faces and that means a good razor is in order!

My hubby has tried several different brands of razors, but prefers Gillette over anything else. He has used the Gillette Fusion ProGlide for years now and really likes that it is gentle on his sensitive skin. When he learned that Gillette was coming out with the new FlexBall Razor, designed to respond to the contours of a man’s face for the best shave, he couldn’t wait to try it out.

The new Gillette Fusion ProGlide with FlexBall Handle Technology has been reengineered to be better than the former ProGlide. It features five thin blades that are designed to cut effortlessly through hair to minimize any tugs or pulls. A blade stabilizer helps provide a comfortable shave, while responding to the contours of a man’s face. It also has an enhanced moisturizing strip that is infused with mineral oil to provide a smooth shave that is gentle enough even for the most sensitive skin.

My husband’s facial hair doesn’t grow that fast, so he only has to shave every other day or two in order to stay smooth. But even that is usually too much for him to handle. His sensitive skin is easily irritated even with a good razor. The FlexBall has given him hope that shaving doesn’t have to be a pain!

When he tried out the FlexBall razor for the first time, he couldn’t believe how quick and painless the process was. He was also surprised that it didn’t irritate his skin at all. His face was soft and smooth afterwards, which made us both happy. It’s definitely a razor he will continue to use!
