Under Armour Youth Nitro Sunglasses {Review & Giveaway}

My 12-year-old son spends a lot of time out in the sun playing traveling baseball. It’s essential for him to wear protective eyewear, especially when he is out in the sun for hours at a time playing in tournaments. Not only do they help protect his eyes, but they also allow him to see better when he’s out on the field. We love the Under Armour brand for all of our family’s athletic needs, so we were thrilled when we were given the opportunity to review a pair of Under Armour Youth Performance Eyewear.

Under Armour sent us the Youth Nitro Sunglasses for my son to try out. These super cool sunglasses feature a crystal clear frame with blue reflective lenses. The great thing is if these sunglasses are accidentally dropped, it’s no big deal since they are constructed with ArmourSight®, making them 10 times stronger than ordinary polycarbonate lenses.

My son absolutely loves his new sunglasses. Besides looking cool, they are super comfortable. He really likes that they have a soft plastic grip that provides padding around the nose bridge and above the eyes. This definitely helps provide more support and protection than a normal pair of sunglasses.

Another great thing about these sunglasses is that the lenses provide a much clearer vision than ordinary lenses. This really comes in handy for sports. Oftentimes my son has the sun in his face the entire game and these sunglasses really help him see much more clearly. They are also lightweight, which is great for extended wear.
