Kidecals Personalized Labels Review

Have you ever gone to pick up your kiddo from school and discovered that you cannot find their coat or some other important belonging? Or worse, that multiple children have the same item? We have and it’s awful!

I have long looked for a product like Kidecals. These little labels are AMAZING! I put one on each of my girls’ coats and their backpacks and here we are at about two weeks later and they are as good as the day I placed them. I have even washed and dried the coats a couple of times and the labels are still hard on there!

Something I chose to do with our labels was to just use our last name and phone number. This way, I can hand the coats or other items down without the younger sibling being stuck with her sister’s name on her stuff. I also put the phone number so that if the item or child happens to get lost, perhaps someone will see the number and call me. It’s probably a long shot, but having the extra info makes me feel like maybe, just maybe, we stand a better chance of getting a lost item returned.

In addition to the clothing labels, I chose a label for my front door. The UPS or Fedex man and my dogs have teamed up to ensure that no child gets a full nap in this house…EVER! I swear the they wait until 1:15 (nap time starts between 12:30 and 1:00), and then ring my doorbell multiple times, causing the dogs to bark and the children to wake. It sucks! So when I saw this special decal that specifically addressed my sleeping children and the mail delivery people’s need to ring my doorbell time I jumped on it! It even has my sarcastic sense of humor! The best part, is that if it didn’t say exactly what I wanted, they offer the ability to personalize and change many of their designs.

Kidecals also makes other items for the home, office, and car. They had the sweetest chalkboard labels for canning jars and little tiny labels for each key on your computer’s keyboard. I thought those were neat but I didn’t think that my hubby would thank me for the pretty flower decals all over his Mac.

This team has certainly thought of it all. In fact, they also offer canning labels, stickers for your vehicle, and many other options all in cute designs with their signature adhesive. Something else to consider is that there labels are removable should the time come that you want to switch designs or pass items on to another family. That was a big concern for me as I often sell our old clothes and belongings at kids sales and consignment stores, so I tried it and there was not one bit of residue!

Something else that is notable is this company is FAST! I ordered my product on Monday and no joke, they were in my hands by Wednesday! That is amazing!
