Now that school has started, I’ve been making lunch for my son at least a couple of times a week. We are usually really busy with school activities and sports, so I try to make lunches that are not only healthy but also quick and easy to make. I recently discovered the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit and it has really come in handy!
The Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit contains modular containers that snap together in multiple configurations to efficiently use the space in your lunch box or bag. I really like that the containers are perfectly portioned with handy measurements on the sides of each container (no chance of overeating!). I also like that the kit comes with a Blue Ice™ pack. We put ours in the freezer overnight and then in the morning we just pop it in and it stays cold all the way until lunch time!
Features of the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit:
- Containers stack compactly to stay organized
- Blue Ice™ keeps your lunch cool on the go
- Secure lid seal
- BPA-free
- Microwave, Dishwasher, and Freezer Safe
- Sandwich container holds regular and specialty bread
- Sandwich Kit includes 2 Snack Containers, 1 Side Container, 1 Sandwich Container and 1 Medium Blue Ice
My favorite aspect of the LunchBlox Kit is the fact that it is reusable, so I’m not wasting tons of plastic baggies throughout the year. It’s so easy to just throw the containers in the dishwasher and they are good to go! The only thing I don’t like is that the containers are a little on the small side. They work well for a sandwich or small salad, but that’s about it. For most adults, the kit is probably too small. With that said, it does help with portion control and it is the perfect size for a child.
If you are looking for an affordable way to get your lunch organized, I would highly recommend the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit or any other LunchBlox Kit that Rubbermaid offers!

That is really cool. I think I could use that for my daughter next year as a super easy tool to keep her lunch organized.

Interesting tips and ideas for cost savings. Also allow quick access to locate food when it is stored in these neat storage containers. Save spaces and practical too. Clean illustration of images for easy viewing. Your blogs provide useful saving tips through freebies, coupons etc which we usually neglect it.

I love how all containers are microwave, dishwasher and freezer-safe and most importantly BPA-free. And a great space-saver, too!
