The highly anticipated announcement of Apple’s latest iPhone release was made today! As an obsessed iPhone user, I was excited to hear about the updates to the new iPhone 4s and the software updates on iOS5. There are over 200 new features with iOS5 alone!
Here are the top features to look forward to:
- An incredible 8MP camera and optics. This will give 60% more pixels than the original iPhone 4, and will also give the ability to record in true 1080p HD video!
- An A5 dual core chip, which will make it twice as fast as the iPhone 4, and just as fast as an iPad.
- iCloud, which will store pictures, video, documents and more, and will wirelessly push them to all your devices.
- All new Siri technology, which will allow users to verbally communicate with their phone. Siri will act like a personal assistant. It will be able to schedule meetings, set reminders, make phone calls, find restaurants, and so much more in response to your voice. This is something no other phone has ever been able to do!

If you are counting down the days until you can get your hands on one, Apple announced today that the phone will be available in AT&T, Verizon and Sprint stores on October 14th, or you can pre-order on October 7th!
