Woohoo! Target is once again offering up a designer beauty bag full of samples for FREE! I got this the last time they were offering it, and I couldn’t believe how many great goodies were inside! There were deluxe-sized samples from some of the best brands, as well as a coupon book full of beauty coupons. The bag itself was really nice too! I’m sure this one will be just as good!
