Wow! jcpenney will now be offering FREE kids’ haircuts every Sunday at all jcp salon locations! Any child in grades K-6 is eligible. No coupon is needed. All you need to do is call 855-JCP-KIDS to book an appointment for your child(ren) before heading in. How cool is that?! My girls are too young to qualify for the offer, but I plan on taking my son. 🙂
