Before trying the meals in the starter kit, I had never eaten any Jenny Craig products. Even though I had heard positive things about the company, I just hadn’t taken the leap. The weight loss starter kit was the perfect way for me to try the products, without investing too much. The exciting thing is I found that the products are not only delicious, they are also satisfying!

In the kit there are five different breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack items. With the addition of fresh grocery items, such as salad, fruit, vegetables and yogurt, this allows you to trial the brand for five full days. I really like that the kit comes with a variety of menu options and a sample meal plan to try, as well as a suggested grocery list. This makes it so much easier to stick to a plan!

My favorite menu items are the Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal, Creamy Chicken & Corn Chowder, Chicken Salad Kit, Cheese Ravioli and Lemon Cooler Cookies. So yummy! I was worried that the meals wouldn’t fill me up, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that I wasn’t hungry at all! Coming from someone who has always been hesitant to try weight loss products (for fear of starving), this was very encouraging to me. Even though I am only wanting to lose around ten pounds, I think this is a program I could stick with long-term!
